Team Quality Services:
Access to OEM and sequencer facilities. Established professional relationships with Quality Managers and Quality Engineers. Perform part audits and provide corrective action on quality issues. Coordinate and supervise sorting and rework activities. Negotiate NCTs. Provide daily and weekly reports to customers through Qnet™.
Quality Assurance Analyst, Refresco:
Perform analytical test required to qualify a batch for production. Perform sensory tests on the product. Perform in-process audits to ensure that the batch that is running is within customer parameters. Communicate any unsatisfactory results to the proper individual(s) and suggest corrective action. Calibrate and clean laboratory equipment as needed and document activity. Update material inventory using SAP. Perform regular tests on water to ensure the integrity of the water going into the products. Maintain Excel databases with batch information including audit results, maintain notebook with alcohollog for regulatory purposes. Follow GMP and HACCP principles.
New Model Trainer, Honda Manufacturing of Indiana (HMIN):
Maintain confidentiality of new vehicles and parts. Train production associates on changes to current and new models. Maintain training database in Microsoft Access. Keep track of associate training and associated documents in Microsoft Excel. Communicate with counterpart on other shift and work with other trainers to complete training. Work with process engineers to troubleshoot production processes and help minimize quality outflow. Work with safety team to maintain.
Process Associate at HMIN:
Perform processes on the assembly line. Do not accept, create, or pass on bad quality. Notify immediate supervisor of any issues found/created that could not be repaired. Make minor repairs. Train new associates on processes that I know in my area. Follow safety regulations.
