TQS PARTNER PROGRAM

Take your business to the next level

The TQS Partner Program allows independent, established quality professionals to join the TQS network.

Unfortunately, under Mexico's legislation, we are unable to contract independent professionals for Mexico service locations. Please see our career page for job opportunities in Mexico, here.

PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

Registered Business

Partners must be registered as an Independent Contractor or Business.

Insurance

Partners are required to carry Professional Liability Insurance as well as Worker's Compensation Insurance.

Site Access

You must have access to at least one of the OEM assembly facilities listed. This access will be verified through the registration process.

Simple, transparent fees

Partners set their own rate. We know partners are in-tune with market conditions and demand at their location, so during the registration process, partners will specify their own rate.

We then add a 25% fee that is passed on to our customers. Partners are paid each month (even if we don’t get paid by our customers).

FEES

Why do we charge a fee? This fee helps provide the technology and resources that our partners use. This allows us to provide our partners access to our global customer base and continually bring our partners new business.

Our partners agree that between the customer growth and the reduced administrative work, it’s a no brainer.

What does it cost to register?

Nothing! Registration is easy and free. Our goal is a win-win relationship with our Partners, so we don’t make any money unless the Partner is awarded business.

How often will I get paid?

Partners are paid at the end of each month. We like to get our partners paid quickly, so during registration you’ll provide your Direct Deposit/ACH information.

How much business will I get if I register as a Partner?

This varies by location and by the rate set by the Partner. Customer demand can fluctuate based on region, OEM production schedules, and program lifecycles.

Because Partners set their own price, we may reach out to you if we feel that you have priced yourself out of your local market. In order for TQS customers to select a partner, their price must be competitive within the local landscape.

How do I know where to set my price?

What do I need in order to register?

Click here to view the partner requirements for your country, and what documentation you’ll be required to provide.

How long does the registration process take?

The entire registration process is done, and can be completed in about 15 minutes. Fill out the form at the top of this page to get started.

Once you have provided all of your documentation, a member of our Partner Support Team will review all of your information for accuracy. Once approved, you’ll receive a Partner Agreement to electronically sign.

Once your Partner Agreement is signed, you’ll be automatically added to our network of quality liaisons and made available to our global customer base of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

What if I have travel or other expenses?

Partners may be eligible to be reimbursed for any Customer-required travel, specialized training, or tools/equipment.

In the event this happens, Partners should reach out to our Support Team first so they can work with the Customer to get necessary approvals.

What if I no longer want to participate in the Partner Program?

We get that things can change. If you’d no longer like to be listed in our global network of quality liaisons, simply reach out to our support team.

If you are carrying current customer accounts, our support team will work with you to put together a plan to transition those accounts to other partners in your area.

How will I communicate with my customers?

One of the biggest reasons TQS has such a strong customer-base is due to our cloud reporting system, Qnet™.

Qnet™ is how you’ll be notified of new customer accounts, and is where you will log your daily activity and quality issue information.

Qnet™ also connects quality liaisons to notify you of quality issues that your customers are having elsewhere, so you can proactively investigate the issues at your location.

What if I already have other customer accounts?

Not a problem! Many of our partners have existing customer contracts. Partners may continue to service those contracts outside of TQS.

Partners also have the option of transitioning their current contracts over to TQS. This is the preferred option of many partners, so that they no longer have to worry about the time-consuming tasks of invoicing, chasing overdue payments, or mediating customer complaints.

Can I refer my current customer accounts to TQS?

Yes! In fact, this is what most partners do after they see how easy the Partner Program is!

Say goodbye to the time-consuming tasks of invoicing, chasing overdue payments, or mediating customer complaints.

In many regions we offer incentive programs for partners to transition their current portfolio of business over to TQS — reach out to our support team for more information on available incentives and next steps.
