Rebekah brings over ten years of experience in automotive quality and production leadership, with a strong background managing engine sub-assembly processes to improve safety, quality, and delivery. She has led quality and production teams in driveshaft manufacturing, overseeing induction hardening, tempering, grinding, and finishing operations. Rebekah is experienced in ISO and IATF audits, supplier 8D responses, and corrective actions for OEM customers including Toyota, Ford, GM, Subaru, and Stellantis.
