About

Rebekah brings over 10 years of experience in automotive quality and production leadership, with a strong background in managing engine sub-assembly processes to improve safety, quality, and delivery performance. She has led quality and production teams in driveshaft manufacturing, overseeing induction hardening and tempering, as well as grinding and finishing operations. Rebekah is experienced in supporting ISO and IATF audits, supplier 8D responses, and corrective actions for OEM customers, including Toyota, Ford, GM, Subaru, and Stellantis.
