  • Contact via email and phone call to Supplier when an issue is reported by Nissan.
  • Taking photos of issues to send to Supplier, investigating issues to help in determining if issues are Supplier-related or in-house issues.
  • Perform Pro-Active sorting when Nissan requests or allows.
  • Perform daily and weekly reports to submit to Suppliers. Report and record DMT’s daily that are returned to Quality Hold Crib.
  • Work daily to maintain good relations between Nissan Personnel and Supplier relations.

Webasto Roof Systems and Mann+Hummel

  • Offered 24/7 support to Nissan personnel for components I represented
  • Provided hands-on work, including inspection, analysis, testing, root cause investigation, and replacement of all parts/components on and off vehicles
  • Maintained a professional and productive relationship with Nissan Management and personnel in PQA, PQE, shipping/receiving, repair/Lab technicians, and warranty department
  • Provided the highest level of value and professionalism to both my supplier and Nissan
