Jay is a natural leader and self-starter. He first joined Team Quality Services in 2013, gained additional experience in production and quality roles, and returned to TQS in 2018. Jay excels at problem solving, building relationships, and keeping a pulse on product quality on the production floor.

Todd has been a quality liaison with Team Quality Services since 2003. He has the ability to anticipate problems, multi-task under pressure, and develop effective solutions. An excellent communicator, Todd is committed to customer satisfaction in everything he does.
