Thomas is a vastly skilled and experienced Resident Quality Engineer. His expertise within automotive quality has been practiced in multiple OEM locations and for a wide range of suppliers and parts-type, including metal parts and castings to plastic parts and injection molding parts. In this experience, he's acquired the skills he needs to effectively negotiate, identify quality issues, provide solutions, and ensure that the supplier's parts are fully supported at the plant level. Both the SQEs and OEM personnel that have worked with him have recognized Thomas for his ability to swiftly resolve issues and communicate effectively across all those concerned.
